Tennis Elbow Treatment and Prevention
Tennis elbow (aka lateral epicondylitis) can not only put you off your beloved game, it can also be extremely painful. But don’t fret, this article will present tennis elbow treatment and show you how to prevent it in the first instance, but first, lets look at the symptoms.
Symptoms of Tennis Elbow
You won’t be able to lift or grasp anything of significant weight or be able to hold an object until the tennis elbow treatment has proved effective. b) Take over the counter anti-inflammatory medications such as aspirin or ibuprofen.
